beg PS (beginning puff stitch) :
sl st in indicated st/sp, pull through, [yo, insert hook in same, yo, pull through] 4 times, yo, pull through 9 loops on hook, ch 1 to close
PS (puff stitch) : yo, insert hook
in indicated st/sp, yo, pull through, [yo, insert hook in same, yo, pull through]
4 times, yo, pull through 9 loops on hook, ch 1 to close
picot : ch 3, slst into front loop and vertical loop of last st made.
Pattern :
Round 1 : {Yarn A} in a Magic Ring, ch 3 (count as a dc), 11 dc, slst in 3rd ch of beg ch 3. Fasten off.
—12 dc
Round 2 : {attach yarn B with Beg PS in any dc} ch 1, [PS in next st, ch 1] 11 times, slst in beg PS. Fasten off.
—12 PS, 12 ch-1 sp
Round 3 : {attach color C with slst in any ch-1 sp} ch 3 (counts as a dc), 2 dc in same sp, ch 1, sk PS, [3 dc, in next ch-1 sp, ch 1, sk PS] 11 times, slst in 3rd ch of beg ch 3. Fasten off.
—36 dc, 12 ch-1 sp
Round 4 :{attach color D with slst in 2nd dc of 3 dc group} ch 3 (counts as a dc), (2 dc, picot, 3 dc) in same st, sk (dc, ch-1 sp), FPdc around PS of round 2, sk dc, [(3 dc, picot, 3 dc in next st, sk (dc, ch-1 sp), FPdc around PS of round 2, sk dc] 11 times, join with slst in 3rd ch of beg ch 3. Fasten off.
